When you purchase an ebook or digital content from Nova Bella, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You agree not to copy, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, sell, broadcast, share, rent, modify, or adapt the digital content.
- Unauthorized distribution or resale of ebooks sold on this Site is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of federal copyright law.
Section 4 – Physical Products & Shipping
I offer assorted physical gifts and merchandise related to my literary works.
- Product Descriptions: I attempt to be as accurate as possible with product images and descriptions. However, I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
- Fulfillment: Physical products may be fulfilled via third-party print-on-demand services. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Risk of Loss: All physical items purchased from Nova Bella are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon my delivery to the carrier.
Section 5 – Billing and Account Information
I reserve the right to refuse any order you place with me. I may, in my sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at my store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that I can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Section 6 – Refunds and Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to me. My refund policy varies depending on the type of product purchased:
- Digital Goods (Ebooks): Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of digital products, all ebook sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
- Physical Goods (Gifts/Merchandise): If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence, and I will arrange for a replacement or store credit.
Section 7 – Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Nova Bella, my affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
